Lagos-smart means robust and agile, at once.
Byrass & Rings Enterprises Limited was founded on the principle that two very different businesses can be run with the same obsession over quality. We are a Lagos-registered company built across two divisions: one that develops and produces entertainment and quiz programming for television, the internet and other media, and one that imports and sells household goods, kitchenware, appliances and products for children.
It is an unusual pairing on paper. In practice, both divisions run on the same discipline: source carefully, build with attention, and deliver something finished — whether that's a broadcast-ready format or a container of appliances clearing customs on schedule.
Over fifteen years, that discipline has grown the company from a specialist media outfit into a multi-sector enterprise with a network of international suppliers, media partners and retail relationships.
